Please note that Oakley Place is NOT the same community as Oakley which is a separate neighborhood so we cannot issue an estoppel letter for Oakley. See the home page for the Oakley contact email address.
The Oakley Place HOA estoppel request may be downloaded here. This form is REQUIRED. Please do not submit requests on your own form.
ALL data fields in the buyer/seller information section are mandatory, including the buyer's phone number and email address.
Before the estoppel letter can be issued, buyers are required to complete and return the Buyer Notification of Covenant Restrictions.
Please have the buyers complete the Request to be added to email communications form to elect to receive or not receive correspondence by email from the Association
For homes that back onto protected conservation areas, an additional disclosure will be sent to the closing agent for buyer signature.
There is no capital fee, contribution, or transfer fee. HOA buyer approval is not required.
There is only one HOA entity with no master or sub-associations
Estoppels are normally issued within 48 hours, or less, on receipt of your completed request and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The estoppel fee is $175, payable at closing.
